Hazardous Waste Guidelines

These guideline documents were created to aid hazardous waste generators and management facilities, consultants and others to manage hazardous waste above the generator registration quantity (Schedule 6).

These documents detail the changes to the Hazardous Waste Regulation (HWR) along with the requirements for financial security and plans requiring approval under the HWR.
